WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAMME?

  • 2 x 50 minute 1:1 coaching appointments a month, in which we'll put together small action steps to help you adopt a sustainable healthy eating routine that works for you, so you can feel energised and your best.

  • Support and structure to help you meal plan and cook, to fit healthy eating into your busy life.

  • Strategies and support to get on top of sugar cravings.

  • Simple, healthy recipes that are quick to make.

  • Together, we'll unpick the patterns that have held you back in the past, and I'll provide you with the motivation and accountability to make small but powerful changes that stick.

  • A full write up of each session with recommendations and resources to support you.

  • Free books, materials and food samples that are relevant to your personal journey.

  • Email or Whatsapp support between sessions.

The 3 Month Programme including support between sessions, resources and materials is £130 per month.

I also offer "pay as you go" appointments at £70 per session. Contact me to discuss the best option for you. 

Currently, all coaching appointments are held via video chat through a secure platform.
